검찰에 따르면 이들은 2023년 알에프세미 주식을 사들인 뒤 '이차전지 사업에 진출해 글로벌 시장을 공략한다'는 취지의 허위 보도자료를 배포해 주가를 9배 가까이 끌어올린 다음 차명 주식을 매도해 대규모 부당이득을 챙긴 혐의를 받는다....
