Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 11, 2026, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of MonolithIC 3D Inc. of Allen, Texas. Supplements to the complaint were filed on May 28, 2026 and June 1, 2026. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain NAND and DRAM memory chips and products containing the same by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 12,250,830 ("the '830 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 12,362,330 ("the '330 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 12,400,961 ("the '961 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 12,464,734 ("the '734 patent"); and U.S. Patent No. 12,564,006 ("the '006 patent"). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

This document also provides a periodic status report on the new chemical substances that are currently under EPA review or have recently concluded review. EPA is hereby providing notice of receipt of this information, as required by TSCA, and an opportunity to comment. This document covers new chemical submissions that have passed an initial screening and, for PMNs, SNUNs and MCANs, were determined to be complete during the period from 03/1/2026 to 03/ 31/2026 regardless of initial submission date.
