지난 5월 말 알리바바그룹에서 상당히 인상적인 두 가지 발표가 잇따라 나왔습니다. 하나는 알리페이가 AI 에이전트 결제 기능을 출시한 지 3개월 만에 3억 건의 거래를 돌파했다는 소식입니다. 다른 하나는 중국이 아닌 서울 롯데호텔에서 열린 기자간담회에서 알리바바닷컴(Alibaba.com)이 지마켓 셀러 60만 명을 AI 에이전트(액시오 워크) 로 운영하게 하겠다고 밝힌 내용입니다. (※ 지난 2025년 9월, 신세계그룹과 알리바바 인터내셔널이 공동 설립한 조인트벤처(JV) '그랜드오푸스홀딩'이 공정거래위원회의 조건부 기업결합 승인을 받아 공식 출범했습니다. 이로서 G마켓이 신세계·알리바바 산하로 편입됐습니다.) 언뜻 별개로 보이는 이 두 사건은 사실 하나의 흐름을 관통합니다. 상거래의 주체가 인간에서 AI 에이전트로 이동하고 있다는 결정적 신호입니다. H2H의 종말, A2A의 개막 지금까지 모든 전자상거래는 결국 인간과 인간의 거래, 즉 H2H(Human to Human) 구조였습니다.
