검찰에 따르면 A씨는 지난달 18일 오전 11시50분쯤 서울 동대문구 자택에서 친할아버지인 80대 남성 B씨와 말다툼을 하던 중 과도로 B씨의 어깨 부위를 찔러 숨지게 한 혐의를 받는다.
B씨는 A씨 신고를 받고 출동한 구급대원에 의해 병원으로 이송됐으나 끝내 숨졌다.
경찰은 당시 보호자로 병원에 동행했던 A씨의 범행 정황을 확인하고 현장에서 A씨를 체포했다.
이후 지난달 27일 구속 송치했다....
