Taal Volcano logs second minor phreatomagmatic eruption on Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines – Taal Volcano in Batangas had a second minor phreatomagmatic eruption on Tuesday, with ash and plumes rising 2,800 meters above the crater, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
