Toppled tree causes power outage in 3 Lanao del Norte towns

LINAMON, LANAO DEL NORTE, Philippines — Three towns in Lanao del Norte experienced power outage for more than five hours on Tuesday after a toppled mango tree affected a distribution line.
The incident happened at around 2:30 p.m. during a heavy downpour and strong winds.
