Vessel that ran aground in Ilocos close to sinking – police

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – The vessel that ran aground on Sunday off Badoc, Ilocos Norte, has almost completely sunk.

Police Master Sergeant Aiza Magbual of the Badoc municipal police station said only the vessel’s bridge, which is the part where the ship captain steers and controls the ship, is above water.
