Oriental Mindoro provincial board seeks probe into power woes

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro – A resolution has been filed at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) seeking a full, impartial review of the province’s power situation, stopping short of blaming the Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (OREMCO) or independent power producers (IPPs) for the province’s perennial power problem.
