HK-bound flight delayed due to security concern

MANILA, Philippines — A Hong Kong-bound flight was temporarily held up at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Thursday morning due to a “security concern.” Philippine Airlines (PAL) confirmed the incident in a statement, but did not specify the security concern.
