Thunderstorm alert in NCR, other parts of Luzon Thursday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Thunderstorms are expected in parts of Luzon within the next two hours Thursday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) announced in its 3:59 p.m. advisory.
