Back to the office: Swedish companies reassess remote work

Some of Sweden’s biggest companies are reviewing their remote work policies, with vehicle manufacturer Scania for example winding back work-from-home for research and development staff from August 10.

The union Engineers of Sweden says its members at a number of different companies are questioning why they have to go back to the office.

Camilla Frankelius is the union's head of negotiations, and says overcrowded offices and long queues for the toilets are among the complaints they're hearing. ...
