Heavy Rain Triggers Flooding, Road Closures Across Seoul

[Domestic] :
The Seoul Metropolitan Government says flood warnings are in effect for the districts of Gangseo, Eunpyeong and Mapo as of 7:30 a.m. Saturday  after overnight downpours.

Flood advisories have also been issued for Mapo and Yangcheon districts.
