Changes to the way you contact APHA
Customers can use new digital contact forms to raise a query
From 7 July 2026, APHA customers can now use our new digital contact form to access TB Advice services.
New contact forms have already been launched for Pet Travel, Customer Advice (animal health, including diseases) and Welfare with more contact forms being rolled out over the coming months.
This new and improved service will allow customers to provide all relevant information needed upfront, which will help to minimise any additional contact between APHA and the customer.
It will also help direct questions to the right team reducing response times.
You can access the new digital contact forms by visiting the Get help with animal and plant health page on GOV.UK.
