Vehicle in fatal hit-and-run not owned by a ‘member of the House’ – Garafil

MANILA, Philippines — House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil on Sunday said the vehicle involved in a July 10 fatal hit-and-run with a motorcycle along Ortigas Avenue is not owned by a member of the House of Representatives.
