Commission approves Baker Hughes' acquisition of Chart Industries, subject to conditions

European Commission Press release Brussels, 10 Jul 2026 The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition by Baker Hughes Company (‘Baker Hughes') of Chart Industries, Inc.

(‘Chart'), both headquartered in the US.

The approval is conditional upon full compliance with the commitments offered by Baker Hughes and Chart.
