Protests Erupt After Fatal Police Shooting of Man in Wisconsin

An investigation is underway after a police officer in Madison, Wisconsin, fatally shot a man who investigators say pulled a knife during a scuffle with deputies.

Police say it took place after the man fled from officers who were responding to a report of an individual allegedly stealing bicycles and checking car doors.
