Sandwell Children’s Trust: improvement advisers’ report includes information on the progress and performance of Sandwell.
This revised direction sets out the services agreement between the council and the Sandwell Children’s Trust from 1 April 2019, regarding operational responsibilities for children’s social care functions. It now reflects the role of the Adoption@Heart Regional Adoption Agency in these arrangements.
This direction replaces earlier statutory directions issued to the council, most recently in March 2018.
