Discontent mistaken for virtue

Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras CEO and management has removed the group from marching over a series of social media posts directed at Jewish LGBTQ organisation Dayenu.

They stated the group has acted in contravention of Mardi Gras's code of conduct and values.

The 48th edition of the LGBTQIA+ festival is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of revellers to Sydney's Oxford Street precinct for a weeks-long program of parties, performances and community events.
