보도에 따르면 잔니 인판티노 FIFA 회장은 211개 회원국 축구협회에 서한을 보내 오는 9월19일까지 이 같은 계획을 지지할 경우 각 협회에 4000만달러(580억원)를 지급하겠다고 제안했다.
지원금은 총 100억달러 규모의 재정에서 지급되고 이 운데 2000만달러(약 290억원)는 선지급될 예정이다....
