Akbayan slams China's 'barbaric' attack on Filipinos in Ayungin Shoal

MANILA, Philippines — Akbayan on Monday condemned what it described as a “barbaric” and deliberate attack by the China Coast Guard (CCG) on Philippine Navy personnel in Ayungin Shoal.
