Court Issues Suspended Prison Sentence to Yoon in Election Law Violation Case

A Seoul court has ruled that former President Yoon Suk Yeol violated the election law ahead of the 2022 presidential election.

The Seoul Central District Court handed down Monday a one-and-a-half-year prison sentence, suspended for three years.
