Education CS Julius Ogamba is expected to outline government measures to tackle rising unrest in schools.
According to the former Vice President, the plan seeks to address persistent challenges facing the country while laying the groundwork for long-term economic growth and social stability.
The trade union federation questioned the basis of the recent ruling, arguing that it appeared to address issues that had already been conclusively determined by the court.
"The Cabinet Secretary is scheduled to appear tomorrow, Wednesday, 3rd June 2026, at 2:30 P.M. to respond to concerns regarding the Government’s preparedness in addressing the threat posed by the Ebola Virus Disease, as well as issues surrounding the proposed Isolation Centre in Nanyuki, Laikipia County," read a communication from Speaker Moses Wetang'ula.
He warned that multilateralism is under strain, pointing to rising unilateral actions, sanctions regimes, trade disputes.
