Finnish President Alexander Stubb said dialogue with Vladimir Putin should begin, but argued that Europe should be represented by France, Germany and the UK.

Finnish media outlet Helsingin Sanomat has reported that a drone threat alert issued for the Helsinki area in mid-May may have been caused by a mistake on Ukraine's part.
The Finnish government will send Ukraine a new defense assistance package valued at approximately EUR 128 million.
