The gathering is intended to restore momentum to the Quad after nearly a year without a ministerial-level meeting and amid growing questions about the blocโs relevance, said analysts.
The top US diplomat met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for more than an hour and invited the premier to visit the White House soon.
