TfL is advising travellers to complete their journeys before 9pm.
The islandwide enforcement operations are "part of our continued efforts to safeguard commuter safety and protect the livelihoods of our local point-to-point drivers", said Senior Minister of State for Transport Sun Xueling.
โWe have been able to shift 9 per cent of commuters off the peak hour, which means that itโs a win-win situation for the northeast commuters,โ says the acting transport minister.
The workers said they had not received any wage increases in three years.
