Sweden now considered a 'smoke-free' country

Sweden has reached its goal of having less than 5% of the population smoke on a regular basis — which now means it's considered to be a "smoke-free" country. At the beginning of the 1980s, more than 30% of Swedes smoked every day. Sweden had set a goal of being smoke-free by 2025 and that's now been attained, according to the Swedish Council for Information on Alcohol and Other Drugs.
