On the morning of June 3, Ukraine launched a large-scale drone strike on the St. Petersburg region, injuring several people โ the exact number was never disclosed โ and hitting an oil terminal and infrastructure facilities in Kronstadt. The Leningrad regionโs governor, Alexander Drozdenko, said 59 drones were shot down over the region that day.
