A previous route was closed down three years ago after complaints by Christian groups that it was "spreading Satanism".
"Transatlantic relations are not just [about] a Polish-US relationship," said Poland's defence minister Wลadysลaw Kosiniak-Kamysz.
The daily service, between Frankfurt and Przemyลl via Prague, will cover 1,300 km and take 18 hours.
They are accused of spreading disinformation, preparing acts of sabotage, and carrying out reconnaissance of NATO troops.
