Palace: No need yet to tap Torre’s help to arrest Dela Rosa

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang will not yet seek the help of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Nicolas Torre III in tracking down and arresting fugitive Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on Sunday said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has not
