MANILA, Philippinesโ Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Rodante Marcoleta have been named vice chairpersons of the Senate blue ribbon committee. Marcoleta headed the committee during the time of then-Senate President Francis Escudero until he was replaced by Sen. Panfilo Lacson after Sen. Vicente โTitoโ Sotto III took over the chamberโs leadership in September 2025. But following Sottoโs ouster as
