Mindanao rights defenders welcome truth commission on EJKs
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY โ Human rights advocates and civil society leaders in Mindanao welcomed the creation of an independent truth commission tasked with establishing a credible public record of extrajudicial killings under the โwar on drugsโ of the administration of then-President Rodrigo Duterte. Civil society groups on Wednesday launched the truth commission in the
