ABL209는 에이비엘바이오가 개발한 이중항체 ADC로, EGFR과 MUC1을 동시에 표적하는 이중항체에 토포이소머레이스 I 억제제(Topoisomerase I inhibitor) 계열 페이로드(약물)가 적용됐다. 현재 에이비엘바이오가 설립한 미국 바이오 기업 네옥바이오(NEOK Bio)가 ABL209의 미국 임상 1상을 진행 중이다....
