Congolese man died after being restrained on Henry Street, Dublin, followed alleged shoplifting
The Democratic Republic of Congo's Foreign Minister has travelled to Ireland to discuss the case of Yves Sakila, the Congolese man who died after he was restrained by security guards following a shoplifting incident on Henry Street in Dublin city centre two weeks ago.
An inquest into the death of a prisoner while being physically restrained at Cloverhill Prison in Dublin six years ago has heard no further CCTV footage of the incident exists despite concern by some prison staff that some images might not be available as evidence in the case.
