Hong Kong police arrest boy, 14, after blade found on Citybus double-decker
Hong Kong police have arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection with a razor blade found between two seats on a Citybus double-decker earlier this week, the South China Morning Post has learned. A source confirmed the teenagerโs arrest.
