Katsuya Asai, 46, and Takayuki Ariizumi, 53, were given suspended prison sentences, and the Tokyo-based company was fined ยฅ300 million.
The data center operator is eyeing an allocation of as much as ยฅ20 billion to ยฅ30 billion ($125 million to $190 million) this fiscal year, founder and CEO Kunihiro Tanaka has said.
