Some Integer Sequences Arising From Game Theory

A counting problem arising naturally from game theory leads to the problem of estimating the coefficients $t_{ij}$ of a particular bivariate rational function.

Restricting to the diagonal sequences $t_{j+k,k}$ (with $k$ fixed) allows us to study these sequences using elementary one-variable methods.
