SciENcv is Live

SciENcv is Live; Required for All NSPIRES Proposals From 1 September 2026
7 July 2026
Currently all senior/key persons listed on a NASA grant or cooperative agreement proposal must submit disclosure forms with each proposal. To date, these forms have completed using Microsoft Word templates available on the NASA Office of Procurement, Grant Operations Management (GOM) Website.
Beginning 25 June 2026, applicants will be able to access and complete the NASA-specific biographical sketch and current and pending (other) support forms within Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv), a National Institutes of Health, National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) system that supports the creation, management, and sharing of standardized disclosure forms. NASA will accept disclosure forms in either the Word fillable format or SciENcv format until 31 August 2026. Starting 1 September 2026, NASA will only accept the NASA-specific, SciENcv-developed forms in grant and cooperative agreement proposals.
Because each form is generated from the user's individual SciENcv profile, applicants may use information from existing SciENcv documents or import available XML data, as applicable.
To create the required NASA forms, users should:
- From the My NCBI dashboard, select “Create a New CV”, which will open the SciENcv landing page.
- On the SciENcv landing page, select “New Document” and choose either the NASA Biosketch or NASA Current and Pending (Other) Support form, as appropriate.
This Grant Notice (GN 26-01) and a reference guide will be posted to the GOM website.
