'국가암·AI데이터센터' 만든다...복지부, 5년간 460억원 투입

국립암센터 내 국가암데이터센터가 암 특화 인공지능(AI) 개발·검증을 지원하는 '국가암·AI데이터센터'로 확대된다.
암 데이터 축적·제공을 넘어 정밀의료와 신약 개발을 지원하는 국가 암 AI 허브 역할을 할 전망이다.
15일 업계에 따르면 보건복지부는 국립암센터가 운영하는 국가암데이터센터를 국가암·AI데이터센터로 확장하기 위해 2027년부터 5년간 총 460억원을 투입하는 사업안을 마련했다.
내년도 예산 투입을 기획예산처에 요청한 상태다.
