Rain expected over parts of Luzon Thursday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon are expected to experience light to moderate rains, with occasional heavy rainfall, on Thursday afternoon due to the southwest monsoon or habagat, the state weather bureau said.
