4,500 families in Calabarzon affected by Inday, habagat

LUCENA CITY – Rains unleashed by Typhoon Inday and the southwest monsoon have affected 4,525 families in the Calabarzon region (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon or Region IV-A), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reported.
