Why doesn't any other party want to form government with the Left Party?

Born out of a split within the Social Democrats back in 1917, Sweden's Left Party was until 1990 an openly Communist party.

While it has reformed further since then, no other political parties have been willing to form government with the Left Party — but it could soon be in a stronger bargaining position than ever before.
