Jordan Nicholas Hadley is the fourth defendant in 12 months to face federal prosecution in the Northern District of Georgia for allegedly making antisemitic threats online or by phone.
Each defendant faces up to five years in prison for transmitting threatening communications through means of interstate or foreign commerce.
