WPC signs MoU with NGO to implement an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Programme

The Western Provincial Council and the Mosvold Martinus Foundation (MMF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to implement an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Programme aimed at improving preschool education standards in the province.
