In Zambales, coastal volunteers lead defense of marine sanctuary

ZAMBALES, Philippines — Long before sunrise spills across the waters of Masinloc Bay in Zambales, Bantay Dagat (sea patrol) volunteers quietly prepare their boats for another patrol through the vast marine sanctuary they have vowed to defend.
