France: Schoolgirl’s murder sparks outrage over judicial failings

A silent march was held in France on Sunday in memory of an 11-year-old girl whose suspected murder has sparked outrage across the country.

The body of the girl, named as Lyhanna, was found last week after she went missing on May 29 near the southwestern town of Fleurance.
