During the early morning hours of January 18, the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, located in the province of Chubut, southern Argentina, recorded significant mass movement events in urban sectors situated on unstable slopes, particularly in areas near Cerro Hermitte, where more than 1,500 homes are located.
