Latvia’s message to artists who perform in Russia: don’t expect to play Riga. Just ask Xzibit.

Latvia canceled a Riga concert by rapper Xzibit after authorities learned of his recent performances in Russia, the Baltic news website Delfi reported.

The show had been scheduled for September 19.
