Localized thunderstorms persist in Cebu

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebuanos can expect a rainy day ahead as the state weather bureau warned of localized thunderstorms on Monday, July 20. In its daily outlook, the Visayas Pagasa Regional Services Division (PRSD) said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms may persist in Cebu today. “Localized thunderstorms will bring rains throughout the day,” weather specialist Janina Zharelle Marte said in Cebuano.
