In a warning sent by the Houthis' Humanitarian Operations Coordination Center, Houthis told shipping companies that loading or discharging cargo at Saudi ports would make them a potential target.

"Vessels are banned from loading or discharging cargo at or from any Saudi ports. We strongly recommend that your company exercise due diligence and the utmost care in all its dealings," the email sent to the companies said.
