Nigeria probes made-up 'presidential' agency that secured thousands in public funds

Nigeria is investigating a made-up government agency which authorities are saying was cooked up by a conman, and somehow managed to operate under authorities' noses.

It had set up offices on government premises and even got itself listed on the budget for allocation of public money.
